Sample Confirmation and Pre-shipment Inspection
We start with the application, target market, AC voltage and frequency, load profile, battery capacity, PV input, communication requirements, output sockets, installation environment, order quantity and required timeline. TOPFEI then matches the request to a suitable supplier and model, checking inverter and battery compatibility, BMS communication, available technical documents and practical production conditions. The agreed configuration is recorded in the quotation, specification sheet or approval file before sample or production.
Customization may include logo application, product labels, rating nameplates, user manuals, cartons, package inserts and selected color or interface options. Artwork is reviewed before sample or mass production. Product model, electrical ratings, warning information and certification markings must remain consistent with the approved product and supporting reports. Standard neutral packaging is available for many models; custom printing, tooling, cost and MOQ are confirmed case by case.
A sample or pre-production unit can be checked against an agreed confirmation list covering appearance, dimensions, ports, key settings, basic charge and discharge function, accessories, labels, manual and packing. After approval, production follow-up uses the same controlled reference. Pre-shipment inspection may include quantity, workmanship, functional sampling, artwork and label checks, accessories and carton condition. Buyer-appointed or third-party inspection can be coordinated when agreed in advance.

02. Match the Solution
TOPFEI confirms the product or system basis, specification, inverter–battery compatibility, available documents, customization scope, quotation, warranty basis, packaging and production conditions. Project systems remain subject to final load and site review.
03. Sample & Approval
TOPFEI follows production status, coordinates agreed inspection points, checks packing and export documents, and works with the appointed logistics provider on shipment. Final dangerous-goods acceptance remains subject to the actual model, packing and carrier review.
04. Production & Delivery
The buyer reviews the selected model and agreed customization through a sample, approved photograph, artwork proof or pre-production unit. Product identity, branding, nameplate, manual, accessories and packaging are tied to the approval reference.
Commercial Notes:
Sample orders are available for selected models. MOQ for bulk orders may start from 50 units, depending on the product model and customization requirements. Final MOQ, lead time, tooling, artwork, costs and customization details will be confirmed in the quotation before order confirmation.
