Who We Are

TOPFEI works primarily with distributors, solar installers, EPC companies, project buyers and other business partners that need clear product matching, flexible order coordination and one commercial contact in China. Our focus is practical cooperation: understanding the buyer’s market, narrowing the configuration, confirming the product and managing the details needed to move from inquiry to shipment.

Based in Guangzhou, TOPFEI supplies portable power stations, home energy storage batteries and configured off-grid solar systems to distributors, installers and project customers across Africa. We provide one accountable commercial contact for product matching, customization, order follow-up, documentation and export coordination.

How We Control Orders, Documents and Shipment

Each order is managed through a sequence of controlled references: requirement brief, quotation, approved specification, artwork or sample confirmation, production follow-up, inspection checklist, packing information and export documents. For lithium battery products, the model number and electrical identity must match the available UN38.3 test summary, safety data and other transport documents. TOPFEI also coordinates with factories and experienced logistics providers on packing, dangerous-goods review, booking documents and shipment status. Carrier acceptance and destination compliance are confirmed for the actual order, not assumed from a general product family.

Production & Quality Control

From product configuration and specification confirmation to production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection, TOPFEI coordinates each order against the agreed technical, quality, packaging and documentation requirements.
